By placing an order with florasgiftsandfashion.com you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which florasgiftsandfashion.com may or may not accept at their sole discretion.

Most of the products represented on florasgiftsandfashion.com are personalised products. In this instance, full payment for the goods will be taken in advance as the products are bespoke in nature. Please note that personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of error on our part.

We reserve to brand our personalised products and please note that most of items are personalised therefore we may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available, where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment, if there has been a discrepancy with the pricing,description,images or personalisation required, If you are ordering personalised products which contains content which either threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience and we may refuse to sell alcoholic products if we suspect that the buyer is under 18 years old.

ORDERING FROM US
 

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered, notifying that we received your order. This notification is not a notification that we have accepted your order. If we accept your order, we will notify you by email that we have accepted it. If we cannot accept your order for instance when the goods are unavailable we will contact you either by email or by telephone. We reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform florasgiftsandfashion as soon as possible. PRICING, DESCRIPTION, IMAGES & PERSONALISATION
 

If an error is discovered in the price, images, description or personalisation details requirements from the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price, description or personalisation requirements are incorrect, for any reason we will contact you right away and ask to confirm whether you still wish to fulfil your order. If you choose to cancel the order we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these terms.

Please note that while we try to represent all products to their exact designs this maybe times that colours or designs may varies.

DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer a FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all UK orders regardless of weight and no matter how many items you ordered as long as it is delivered to one address. Most of our items goes out by 1st Class Royal Mail . Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the delivery of your items. If you do require a little quicker than your estimated delivery date please contact us first before placing your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
 

You can opt out to upgrade your delivery via Express Delivery at the checkout. All orders with in the UK are charge starting from  £7.99 shipping fee computed according to weight. Our express delivery is estimated between 48 hours to 5 working days depending on the product you have ordered. Ceramic and Printed items production lead times are 3 to 5 working days and will be despatched next day after production. So, expect at least 6 days for this item to be delivered. During Christmas time when we are processing a high volume of orders, you may wish to select this option as Express Delivery are always given priority.

Our goal is to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possibly. Please note that orders received from Monday to Thursday process normally on the day. While orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note that counting lead times is based on our working days which is from Monday to Friday. Please note that possible delays due to weather conditions,fire, bank holidays and industrial controls are out of our control.

Please note that working days is from Monday to Friday (9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.) in which we only process orders on this timescales but you can place your order 24/7. Orders received after 12:00 noon of a Friday will not be process until Monday. All deliveries and timescales on this website do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
 

Most of our products are personalised or customised specifically for you. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they have no intrinsic value once personalised. These items cannot be re-sold, and therefore we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. This is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, personalised/bespoke/made-to-order, items can not be cancelled or refunded once ordered.

We urge you to take extra care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website. We will copy and paste the information you supply to us including spaces and punctuations. Please double check your personalisation as how we received will be how it appears on the product. Please do not use accents or special symbol as some of our processess will not allow. We often contact the customers if sometimes there needs to be clarified but we regret that we have no time to contact every individual customer to request their requirements. It is wholly the responsibility of the customer to provide us the correct details required.

We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible and ensure that all products are of good quality however should any damage be incurred during transit and in the unlikely event that you receive an item proven to be manufacturers defect, wrong item or an error on FlorasGiftsandFashion part please notify us with in 48 hours upon receipt to rectify the problem. Please provide images of the item in question and some images to sales@florasgiftsandfashion.com

We normally replace items found with defect BUT WE CAN ONLY REPLACE LIKE-FOR-LIKE so if we were to do a replacement it would be sent out with the same personalisation as the previous one and we would not be able to amend the details. So please double check the text that you send to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors that were sent.

If you received faulty item, please contact us quoting your order,your name, details of the product and the reason. To help us investigate the problem quicker and save time and money. Please provide images of the item in question to sales@florasgiftsandfashion.com we will then advise on how to proceed.

For non personalised items and you are not completely satisfied with the goods simply return them to us. You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract. Email us at sales@florasgiftsandfashion.com stating your order number, your name, and any details so we can provide you with the correct return address. Any non personalised goods can be returned with in 14 days, the cost to post the item to you will come off the amount refunded.

All Orders will be processed and dispatched during our normal working hours which are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 

Most of our products are personalised and are sent immediately for production therefore we cannot cancel your order once it has been at the production process. Once your order status is shown as processing or despatched cancellation or amendment is no longer possible. You can contact us HERE.

We attempt that all information on this website are accurate however florasgiftsandfashion.com assume no duty to updates such information and cannot guarantee that it will fault- free site. Florasgiftsandfashion reserves the right to change information,specifications,descriptions listed on this site. Florasgiftsandfashion will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

PLEASE NOTE:*In the unlikely event that the item ordered is out of stock you will be given option to wait for item with approximate date for delivery or an instant refund. Stock is updated very frequently but sometimes on popular items can be rendered out of stock in between updates.
